Around 12:40 p.m., the lady in the driver’s seat of the purportedly taken vehicle halted before a spike strip that Los Angeles Police Division officials sent in a road in Van Nuys.
The officials then went up against the suspect with their weapons drawn.
The lady left the vehicle through the driver’s side window. After strolling in reverse toward the police with her hands up, she sat down on the asphalt and was cuffed without occurrence.
